A paralegal in McManamy Jackson’s Savannah office, Angela Bullied focuses on the pre-closing phase of the real estate closing transaction, initiating contact with buyers and sellers to gather information for the closing process, works with the attorneys to complete pending purchase agreements, and oversees the closing checklist for all real estate sales. In addition to facilitating detailed communications between all parties involved with each individual contract (buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, etc.), she also handles and requests any payoffs, HOA information, taxes, and any invoices that may need to be collected on the settlement statement. As the process nears closing day, Bullied coordinates the preparation of the final sequence of closing packages to ensure an easy and informative flow during the actual closing process. 


Originally from Merritt Island, Fla., and a military veteran, Bullied retired from the United States Air Force after serving 22 years. She has continued her service to the community as a volunteer with her church, Compassion Christian, and volunteering for the P.A.C organization, making breakfast and lunch bags for children in need living in Chatham County.

A Savannah native, Mullis earned a B.S. in Education from Armstrong State College and is a member of White Bluff Methodist Church. She previously served on the first board of Urban Hope and is an active volunteer for Interfaith Hospitality Network.

A Savannah native, Salter has worked in the law and real estate industry since 2004 and served as Past Secretary (2007-2008) and Vice President (2009-2019) of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Savannah. She is also a lifelong member of Bible Baptist Church.

In addition to her studies, she previously served as the case manager for the Miles Mediation and Arbitration Savannah office.

With an eye for detail and a knack for the intricacies involved in closing real estate transactions, she brings an experienced level of due diligence critical to successful real estate transactions. 


A Savannah native, Thompson industry knowledge also includes time spent as a loan operations manager for a local bank where she was responsible for all aspects of producing and maintaining loan documents, overseeing all loan personnel, and preparing financial reporting for the organization’s Board of Directors.
